Spring and Autumn Greenhouse Series

Arched greenhouses are a simple and practical protective cultivation facility that fully utilizes solar energy and provides a certain degree of insulation.In northern China,they are primarily used to extend the growing season by providing warmth in early spring and late autumn.In southern China,besides offering insulation during the winter and spring,they can also be used in summer and autumn to protect crops from rain,wind,and hail. Additionally,in the summer,replacing the covering with a shade net can effectively provide shading and cooling inside the greenhouse.

The main frame of the Spring and Autumn Shed is mostly a hot-dip galvanized assembly structure. Some customers also require a galvanized steel frame structure. The span is generally 6 to 10 meters. In addition to round tubes, it can also be made of oval tubes and multi-shaped steel to enhance strength. The height of the eaves is 1 meter to 1.8 meters.

According to the size difference in span and ridge height, it can be divided into small spring and autumn sheds, mid-spring and autumn sheds ，large spring and autumn sheds;

1. specifications of small spring and autumn sheds: span 1 to 3 meters, ridge height 1 to 1.5 meters,

2. specifications of mid-spring and autumn sheds: span 3 to 6 meters, ridge height 1.5-2.3 meters,

3. large spring and autumn shed specifications: span 6-12 meters, ridge height 2.3-3.2 meters.

Features of Spring and Autumn Shed:

1. Single-building design, simple structure, low cost, suitable for most areas.

2. The top of the covering material is covered with polyethylene non-drip longevity film, the outer layer is UV-resistant, and the inner layer is anti-drip; the surrounding layer can be covered with polyethylene non-drip longevity film or polycarbonate hollow board according to user needs.

3. Spring and Autumn shed specifications: spans are 6m, 8m, 10m

1）Single layer film, double layer film.

Application:

2）Generally without heating in winter, it is suitable for overwintering cultivation of cold-resistant crops in warm temperate areas.
